    How Much Does the Move Ahead Program Cost?

    The cost to use The Move Ahead Home Sale Program is comprised of two fees: 1) a $1,000 flat fee to Calque, and 2) a variable fee calculated as 1% of the Purchase Price Guarantee to Calque. (Your lender, realtor and other parties involved in your home sale and purchase transactions will also charge separate fees.)

    If we resell your home for more than the price stated in the Purchase Price Guarantee, we will return the net profit to you after we have paid our expenses. Expenses may include but are not limited to agent commissions, title and closing costs, property taxes, assessments, and interest expense (expenses will be disclosed in the event we resell your home for more than the price stated in the Purchase Price Guarantee).

Our goal is to help you and your agent sell your original home for maximum value on the open market. However, we provide a backup plan to help consumers who aren’t able to sell their homes on the open market in time. When you first submit a questionnaire for The Move Ahead Home Sale Program, we will send you a Purchase Price Guarantee (PPG) stating how much we will pay for your house if you aren’t able to sell and close on it within the specified timeframe. In the small number of instances when a client’s original home doesn’t sell on the open market, we buy it for the previously agreed-upon PPG.
